Avenue5 Residential is seeking a floating leasing consultant in Los Angeles, CA. You will coordinate apartments rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records of traffic and leases.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail or email to convert traffic into tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
