Avenue5 Residential in Spokane is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems. This position offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and hourly compensation in line with market rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and scheduling; follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure move-in condition.
