Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Washington to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention, while ensuring accurate records and timely leasing documentation.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, Yardi Voyager experience if possible, and strong MS Office skills. A high school diploma and 1 year of sales or leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documentation and process move-ins/renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and complete weekly leasing reports.
