Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. You will perform repairs in resident units and help prepare homes for rent, while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining a safe, clean community.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification required or supported.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and occasional weekend work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform repairs in apartments and make-ready units.
• Replace filters, service HVAC, electrical and plumbing as needed.
• Maintain and repair sprinkler, pool, and exterior spaces.
• Supervise subcontractors and prep property for inspections.
• Keep records of work orders, inventories and safety checks.
