Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while supporting revenue cycle and maintaining data integrity. You will work with the Clinic Manager and teams to resolve insurance and scheduling issues, educate patients on financial responsibilities, and help patients navigate digital tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and payer requirements preferred.
• Experience with collecting payments and basic billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics, insurance eligibility and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize access and provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops teams to resolve issues.
