Job summary

Greystar in Aurora, CO is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support on-site teams across multiple residential communities. You will assist Community Managers with operations, leasing tours, tenant relations, and daily administrative tasks, helping ensure resident satisfaction and compliant property management.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to varying properties and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum property management, sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms including collections; adaptable to different properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, vendors, and service contracts.
• Serve as a contact for residents, address inquiries, and coordinate events.
• Assist leasing, process applications, tour properties, and manage lease docs.
• Support rent collection, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Handle administrative duties and prepare reports for management.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety/compliance.
• Support training and development for on-site teams.
