Qualifications

• Two or four year college degree preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years multi-family property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing the property and promoting resident care and service.
• Work with leasing agents, maintenance staff, and manager to meet goals.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and ensure accurate data entry in Yardi.
