Job summary

Greystar in Las Vegas is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support multiple residential communities. You will assist on-site managers, oversee operations, and help ensure residents have a positive experience.

The role covers leasing support, vendor coordination, financial tasks, and compliance. Candidates should have 1–3 years in property management, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. Onsite work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management, leasing, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties and vendor relations.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Support leasing process, conduct tours, process applications, and lease docs.
• Assist in budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting with accounting.
• Perform property inspections and ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate reports and meetings.
• Support training and development of on-site teams.
