Job summary

Greystar seeks a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support on-site teams across multiple residential communities in the Greater Seattle Area. You will assist with leasing tours, rent processing, and coordination of vendor services while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Real Estate/Hospitality or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and facilitating positive interactions.
• Assist in leasing and marketing processes, including property tours and managing applications.
• Support financial processes including rent collection, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and prepare reports and documentation.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Stay informed on local regulations and assist in policy implementation.
