Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the management of multiple residential communities from its Aurora/Greenwood Village area. You will assist on-site managers with leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial reporting to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management or related fields, a strong customer service mindset, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and facilitating positive interactions.
• Organize and coordinate community events to foster resident engagement.
• Assist in leasing processes, conduct property tours, process applications, and manage lease documentation.
• Support financial processes including rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
