Job summary

Greystar seeks a Floating Community Manager for Active Adult communities in the Denver area. You will lead on-site teams, oversee operations, and ensure resident satisfaction while adapting to multiple properties.

This role involves frequent travel between communities and collaboration with regional leadership. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong communication, budgeting, and leasing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests and resolves issues.
• Oversees leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals and conducts community tours.
• Forecasts and tracks capital expenditures and manages vendor contracts and procurement.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of on-site teams.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and ensures amenities are fully operational.
