Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float who travels between assigned branches in Michigan to deliver high quality financial services and resolve customer concerns. The role emphasizes client management, retention, and introductions to Mortgage and Business Banking partners to help clients reach their goals.

You will handle lending and basic investment interactions and engage in more complex banking conversations.

Qualificações

Education: High School or equivalent including GED/HiSET/TASC.
4-5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsabilidades

Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints.
Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
Additional Accountabilities: Performs more moderately complex special projects and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
