Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and referrals.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Additional Accountabilities: Performs special projects and other duties as required.
• Consistent Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required trainings.
