Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float to travel between Garfield Heights and other branches, delivering high quality banking experiences and solutions. Qualifications
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
- Minimum experience: 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
- Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
- Preferred: experience in financial services and with digital self-service tools.
Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Support team efforts to grow deposits, loans and non-interest income; deliver client introductions to the right team members.
- Client Experience: Resolve account questions or complaints with timely research and effective communication; deliver client engagement and education.
- Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; strive for no controllable losses.
- Additional Accountabilities: Perform moderately complex special projects and other duties as required.
- Compliance: Adhere to policy standards and complete required trainings; follow applicable laws and regulations.
