Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II who travels between assigned branches in Bellmore, NY to deliver high-quality financial services. The role emphasizes client management, retention, and introductions to mortgage and business banking partners to meet clients' financial goals.

This float position involves more lending and basic investment interactions, with participation in complex banking conversations to support clients' needs.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience, including in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs more moderately complex special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
