Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I-Float who travels between assigned branches to deliver high quality, prompt financial services. You will greet customers and guide them toward services that meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities include processing financial transactions accurately, supporting sales initiatives to drive growth, and maintaining regulatory compliance while helping the team meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and resolving issues.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Additional Accountabilities: Perform special projects and comply with training and regulatory requirements.
