Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Facilitate referrals to the right team members.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by resolving questions, problems, and complaints; deliver client engagement and education.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions while adhering to bank policies and reducing losses.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
• Regulatory compliance: Adhere to applicable laws and complete required trainings.
