Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager (ACM) to support multiple residential communities across our portfolio. You will assist on-site Community Managers, help ensure resident satisfaction, and learn community specifics, including unit mix, amenities, sub-market data, and PMS reports.

The geographic scope and assignments can change to meet business needs. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years in property management or related customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service background.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and facilitating positive interactions.
• Organize and coordinate community events to foster resident engagement.
• Assist in leasing, including tours, applications, and lease documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote units and amenities.
• Support rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns.
• Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training programs and support development of on-site teams.
