Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years multi-family property management.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio).
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Show apartments.
• Provide information to prospects via telephone and personal visits.
• Accurately quote prices.
• Follow up on all prospects.
• Thorough knowledge of the market and comparable properties.
• Ensure all application paperwork is obtained from prospects.
• Provide superior customer service; collect deposits, rents, etc.
