Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager with training and the financial administration of the community. This role travels between multiple properties within a designated market or region.

You will support Leasing Consultants, ensure Fair Housing compliance, verify applications, and lease apartments as needed across properties. A background in property management and customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills.
• Onsite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ years of property management industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel.
• Onsite knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post rental collections and make bank deposits.
• Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reports.
• Process notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and all associated collections activities.
• Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with the Community Manager or other members of the leadership team.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
