M&T Bank is seeking a Float Teller to support branch operations, engage customers digitally, balance transactions, and assist in lobby management across branches in the designated area.

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to travel between branches as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to established customer service standards and deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management: greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per Bank policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues when needed.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
