Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6+ months customer service experience; cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between branches on an as-needed basis; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet-based tools and user-level technology; organized and able to balance transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and educate customers through digital demonstrations.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Address escalated account issues to resolution and log complaints.
• Assist with branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and comply with regulatory standards.
