Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and promote self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process transactions following bank policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately and assist AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
