Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months customer service experience, including data entry or cash handling.
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide differentiated experiences.
• Educate customers via digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and assess immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per policy.
• Escalate and resolve account service issues; log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce customers to banking partners.
