Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Manage lobby interactions, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately per Bank Policy.
• Log and escalate customer issues to resolution; close out complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners and complete branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Perform consumer AML/KYC activities and ensure compliance with risk controls and audit points.
