Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through digital demonstrations.
• Manage lobby, greet customers and identify needs.
• Process cash and balance transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Handle escalated account service issues to resolution and log complaints.
• Identify sales opportunities and connect customers to banking partners.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities and adhere to risk controls.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and participate in audits.
