Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow, and address immediate needs.
• Escalate and log complaints; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) as needed.
