Job summary

You will balance cash, handle routine account services, and promote appropriate banking solutions while maintaining compliance with Bank policies and AML/KYC procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch staff with customer service and digital demonstrations.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Identify and transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Handle branch-related operational activities such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; adhere to AML/KYC processes.
