Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and address customer needs in moments that matter.
Educate customers through shoulder-to- shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
Actively engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log all complaints in the system.
Transition sales opportunities and introduce customers to the appropriate banking partner.
Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
Complete AML/KYC related activities and adhere to risk controls.
Promote the M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls.
