Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Float Teller to support branch staff across multiple locations in the Shippensburg area. You will handle cash and transactions, assist customers with digital demonstrations, and ensure accurate balancing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Assist with branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and complete maintenance tasks.
• Record and escalate complaints; follow AML/KYC procedures and comply with policies.
