• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers.
• Handle customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Maintain compliance with risk controls and promote the brand.
• Support community-focused initiatives and branch collaboration.
