Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Coordinator) for a float role covering Brenham and Woodlands, with occasional shifts at South Clinics. You will greet patients, collect insurance information, handle check-ins, schedule appointments, and process payments.

Requirements include 2+ years in medical administration, flexibility to travel, and proficiency with MS Office; ECW familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in medical assisting or administration.
• This is a float position; ability to support regional clinics as needed.
• Familiarity with ECW is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and sign them in; collect insurance information.
• Provide intake forms and copies of office policies; obtain necessary data.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients.
• Maintain hard copy and EMR records; audit schedule for eligibility.
• Support clinic operations and uphold UVVC core values.
