Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Nashville area seeks a Medical Receptionist Float - VSP to deliver exceptional front-desk service. You will welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support a physician practice across multiple clinics in Middle Tennessee.

This flexible, as-needed role requires travel between clinics (e.g., Bellevue, Clarksville, Lebanon, Murfreesboro); mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel and float between clinics across Middle Tennessee; mileage reimbursed.
• Proficient with MS Office tools for reporting and workflow tracking.
• Must participate in TB screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and on the phone.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize clinic flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/CRM systems.
• Process billing and collect copays when required.
• Answer inquiries and provide information to patients.
• Keep reception area organized and stocked; support office operations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and supplies management.
