Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration seeks a courteous Patient Services Representative to greet patients, check them in and out, and coordinate appointments at our Woodlands/Houston clinics. The role emphasizes accurate charting, HIPAA compliance, and effective scheduling while supporting a patient-centered care environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in administrative or medical office settings, Spanish fluency, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to CVR clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Clinics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure CVR policies and procedures are understood and followed by center staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient charts and accurate demographics in NextGen/EHR.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients.
• Submit precertification forms to the Precertification Department daily for required authorizations.
• Complete daily close tasks including fee tickets, billing, and operative notes.
• Ensure patients are preauthorized for treatment and update records in NextGen/EHR.
• Collect paperwork for appointments, such as authorizations and referrals, and collect copays.
