Premier Health Partners seeks a Medical Center Receptionist Float who travels to offices across the network to meet needs as they arise. The role supports patient relations, clerical tasks, registration, referrals and billing across Premier Health Physician Companies.

As the first point of contact, you will uphold the practice's excellent reputation and contribute to outstanding patient experiences, every patient, every time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two to three years of experience in an ambulatory health care facility.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA; confidentiality is essential.
• Knowledge of third party payers, ICD-9 and CPT coding is a plus.
• Computer and keyboarding skills; experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient relations and perform general clerical, reception, billing and collection duties.
• Handle referrals, patient registration and other duties as assigned.
• Adapt to offices across Premier Health Physician Companies; maintain patient experience.
• Prioritize tasks and work effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
