Job summary

Old Second National Bank is hiring a Universal Banker Floater, primarily based in Sycamore, IL, with occasional support at Elburn, St. Charles, and Bartlett. You will open/maintain accounts, promote bank products, and assist Teller operations while upholding service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of related experience, and a commitment to completing NMLS licensing within 60 days. On-site work at multiple Illinois locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days of role, and complete bank training.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts per policy.
• Advise customers on Old Second products and services.
• Support Teller operations as needed and cross-train as Teller.
• Maintain high customer service levels and assist with branch goals.
• Adhere to compliance and training requirements.
