Job summary

Old Second National Bank in Illinois is seeking a Universal Banker Floater to open and close accounts, build relationships, and support Teller operations across Sycamore, Elburn, St. Charles and Bartlett branches.

Based at Sycamore, you will rotate to other OSB locations as needed, pursuing sales and service goals while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days and complete Bank training.
• Onsite work across Sycamore, Elburn, St. Charles and Bartlett, IL.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts per policy.
• Develop customer relationships and meet sales/service goals.
• Assist Teller operations when needed and balance drawer.
• Stay compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
