Job summary

Old Second National Bank in Illinois is seeking a Universal Banker Floater to join the Sycamore branch, with occasional coverage at Elburn, St. Charles, and Bartlett locations.

You will open and close accounts, maintain relationships, and support Teller operations as needed. You will build customer relationships, learn Old Second products, and participate in sales campaigns while ensuring compliance and high service ratings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days of start.
• Onsite work at Sycamore, Elburn, St. Charles, and Bartlett, IL.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, and maintains customer accounts per policy.
• Develops customer relationships and promotes Old Second products.
• Supports Teller operations when needed.
• Meets sales and service goals and follows up with customers by phone or email.
• Maintains compliance and completes annual training.
• Fills in at other OSB locations as needed.
