Job summary

Old Second National Bank is hiring a Universal Banker Floater to support our Palos Heights branch and occasionally assist at nearby locations. You will open and maintain customer accounts, nurture relationships, and support teller duties as needed to ensure smooth branch operations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, sales activity, and compliance with banking regulations. On-site work across multiple branches is required, with schedule flexibility and participation in the Retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales).
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, and maintains customer accounts according to policy.
• Develops strong customer relationships and supports Teller operations as needed.
• Maintains compliance with bank rules and completes training.
