Job summary

Old Second National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Floater to support multiple branches and deliver outstanding customer service. You will open/close accounts, maintain relationships, and assist Teller duties when needed across Palos Heights and other IL locations.

You will learn and apply knowledge of bank products, including IRAs and loans, while meeting sales and service goals and maintaining compliance with training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
• Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days.
• Must work onsite at Palos Heights, Hegewisch, Evergreen Park, Chicago Heights, Flossmoor, South Holland, Chicago (Ashland Ave), and Frankfort branches.
• Branch hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday, 8:30am-1pm.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales and service goals by engaging in bank sales processes and following up with customers.
• Opens, closes, and maintains customer accounts per policies.
• Advises on Old Second products and services, including IRAs and loans.
• Provides high level customer service to achieve top branch ratings.
• Assists Teller duties when needed, including cash handling and deposits.
• Keeps up with compliance and annual training requirements.
• Supports operations accuracy and compliance (records, CTRs, CIP, etc.).
• Willing to fill in at other OSB locations as needed.
