Job summary

Old Second National Bank seeks a Universal Banker Floater to deliver exceptional service and sales across multiple Illinois branches. You will open/close accounts, profile customers for cross-sell opportunities, and support Teller duties when needed.

The role requires onsite work at Bloomingdale, Wheaton, Elgin, Carol Stream, Aurora (occasional) and Chicago locations, with base pay and incentive opportunities aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days of starting.
• Must work onsite; branch hours include weekends as listed.
• Locations include Bloomingdale, Wheaton, Elgin, Carol Stream, Aurora, Chicago Taylor Street & North Avenue.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals through banking processes and cross selling.
• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts per policy.
• Advise customers on Old Second products and services.
• Support branch by performing Teller functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and training.
• Maintain accurate records and handle daily operations with accuracy.
