Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Maine to be the first point of contact for customers in our store. You will answer questions, process payments, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and help with product demonstrations to ensure a positive in-store experience.

No experience is required, but a willingness to learn, strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required, eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve customer needs.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments and assist sales team as needed.
• Stay up to date on latest technology and demonstrate products.
