Wireless Zone is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Maine stores. You will handle questions, payments, and basic technical support while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• No experience is needed, but an eagerness to learn is.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
• Effective Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• High Energy Level and Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments.
• Assist the sales team with their day-to-day needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products/services.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement.
