Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Maine stores. You will handle questions, payments, and basic technical support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Greet customers, explain products, troubleshoot devices, and support the sales team. A flexible schedule and ongoing training are provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but eagerness to learn is.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• High energy level and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day needs.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement
