Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Maine stores. You will answer questions, process payments, and assist with technical support to ensure a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues, supporting the sales team, and demonstrating products. Weekend work is required, with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required, eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
