Qualifications

• No experience required; eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve customers' needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments and assist the sales team with daily needs.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations; stay up to date on technology.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products.
• Weekend shifts are required in a two-location role.
