Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer in Maine, seeks a Customer Experience Representative who is highly motivated and eager to learn. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle questions, payments, and basic technical support in-store.

This floating position requires weekend availability, in-store interactions across two locations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while helping customers understand products and services.

Qualifications

• No experience is needed, but an eagerness to learn is.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit.
• Provide information and service to solve their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments.
• Assist the sales team with their day-to-day needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement.
