Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated management team member to lead store operations and guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a smooth checkout flow.

You’ll oversee daily activities, manage onboarding, and partner with leadership on merchandising and loss prevention. Must be 18+, with flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and train on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor merchandised.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store ops and staff issues.
• Open/close store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
