Signarama Laguna Hills is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them bring their signage visions to life while supporting our marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and relationship management, with opportunities to grow within a globally recognized brand and a supportive store environment.

Competenze

• Strong proficiency in computer operations and POS systems.
• Excellent command of English with strong spelling and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process.
• Implement store marketing strategies, and engage in telemarketing to foster new business opportunities.
• Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.
• Assist in various store operations, ensure administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
