Job summary

Signarama Laguna Hills is seeking a friendly Client Account Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, support sales, and coordinate in-house marketing. You will assist customers in selecting signage solutions, prepare quotes, and guide orders from inquiry to completion, working closely with the production team.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, outbound outreach, and efficient order processing, with a focus on accuracy, timely communication, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• A combination of education, training, or work experience providing required skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Sign shop or graphics industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers.
• Assess customer needs, recommend sign products and services, prepare quotes, and assist with the ordering process.
• Accurately complete work orders and obtain customer approvals and deposits.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and notify customers when orders are ready.
• Support customer satisfaction through attentive service, timely communication, and thank-you cards.
• Coordinate outbound calls to prospects and maintain top customer records.
